Hermes Agent is a personal AI assistant used by the owner of the connected Google account. It is not offered as a public service.
The application accesses Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Contacts, and read-only Gmail data to perform tasks requested by the account owner. Gmail sending is not authorized.
Authentication credentials and relevant application data are stored on a privately managed server. Files may also be stored in the connected Google Drive account.
When the owner requests AI-assisted processing, relevant task content may be transmitted to the configured AI model service providers. This processing is used to fulfill the owner's requested tasks.
Google user data is not sold or used by this application for advertising. Access and transfers are limited to operating the requested functionality and necessary service providers.
The account owner controls stored files and application access. Google permissions can be revoked through Google Account security settings. Stored application data can be deleted by the owner.
Use of information obtained through Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
